These burritos are soooo good, you’ll want to have them every night.
- Romaine lettuce
- Bean filling
- Tomato salsa
- Sour cream
- Cheese sauce
- Processed cheese
STEP 1 : PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS
Wash the fresh produce. Finely slice the romaine lettuce and cabbage. Mix it together and keep aside.
STEP 2 : HEAT THE BURRITO SHEETS
Heat the burritos on a hot pan for 30 seconds on each side. Remove and keep aside.
STEP 3 : ASSEMBLE THE DISH
On a flat surface, place one burrito. Add a little bit of the romaine lettuce and cabbage mixture in the center of the burrito, in a line across the burrito. On top of that, add a tablespoon of the bean filling, tomato salsa, sour cream and cheese sauce. Add a little grated processed cheese. Roll over to make it a roll and keep aside. Do the same for the rest of the burritos.
STEP 4 : FINISH THE DISH
Oven Method: Place the burritos on a baking tray. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the burritos. Bake in the oven at 180C for 3-4 minutes or till the cheese melts.
Stove Method: Place the burritos in a nonstick pan, on a low flame. Cover with a lid. Cook till the cheese melts.
STEP 5 : PLATE YOUR DISH
Transfer the burritos to a plating dish. Serve hot. Devour!
