- American corn
- Baby corn
- French beans
- Spring onions
- Mixed peppers
- White pepper
- Hunan sauce
STEP 1 : PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS

STEP 2 : MAKE THE VEGETABLE BALLS
In a bowl, add half of the french beans and half of the carrots. Add green chilly, chopped american corn, corn flour and salt to taste. Add a little water to bind the mixture into a dough. Make Small round balls and deep fry till golden brown. Remove and let the excess oil drain on a paper towel.
STEP 3 : COOK THE FRIED RICE AND THE SAUCE
In a pot, add water and a pinch of salt. Cook the rice and strain. In a non-stick pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add chopped baby corn, the rest of the french beans and carrots, sprouts and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the boiled rice. Add chopped mixed peppers and half of the spring onions. Toss well. Add white pepper and salt to taste. Mix well and switch off the heat. Heat the hunan sauce in a non-stick pan, add the vegetables balls. Heat and keep aside.
STEP 4 : PLATE YOUR DISH
Transfer the hunan sauce into a serving dish. Garnish with the rest of the spring onions. Serve with the fried rice. Devour!
