Baked Rasgulla


Milk powder 15 gms


Step 1 : Prepare the Ingredients
Squeeze out the syrup from the rasgullas. Dip the rasgullas in plain water & then gently squeeze out the water. In a bowl add the milk powder with 10 ml of water. Mix well till there are no lumps and keep aside.

Step 2 : Prepare the Cream Paste
In a mixer/ blender add the paneer, sugar, cardamom, saffron, & milk mixture. Blend together to make a paste.

Step 3 : Bake the Rasgulla and Plate your Dish
Cut the rasgulla into halves & place them in a baking dish. Now pour the cream paste on the rasgulla.  Bake at 150 C for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
